What you will do

• Manage the Consumer Scorecard by defining and evolving core KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and MAU.
• Conduct cohort and retention analysis to identify key drivers of consumer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Analyze user behavior across web, app, and customer service channels to identify funnel drop-off points.
• Develop automated dashboards in Tableau, Steep, or similar tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests from initial hypothesis to final recommendation.
• Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure high-quality data collection using GA4 and BigQuery.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in consumer or digital analytics, ideally within e-commerce or fast-paced services.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for handling and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with behavioral tracking platforms such as Amplitude or GA4.
• Ability to build and maintain clear dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Statistics, Business, or a relevant field.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing AI coding tools to enhance analytical workflows.
• Knowledge of digital tracking implementation and Google Tag Manager.
