What you will do

• Lead Group-level consumer insight programs to inform marketing, product, and strategy decisions.
• Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research across brand, audience needs, UX, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify key drivers of acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty to find growth opportunities.
• Translate research findings into actionable, business-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Deliver competitor and market analysis by tracking trends and analyzing customer journeys.
• Establish ongoing insight programs to monitor changes in customer attitudes and market dynamics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related analytical field.
• Expertise in designing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to synthesize multiple data sources.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential as the primary means of interaction.
• Must be based in the EU (residence permit sponsorship is available).
