What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and senior engineers to foster talent development and high-performance culture.
• Own delivery outcomes by managing roadmaps, removing blockers, and ensuring predictable release cycles.
• Define the long-term technical vision for web and cloud platforms, identifying opportunities for modernization and scalability.
• Partner with Product, Security, Legal, and Infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee security practices, including DevSecOps and Secure Development Lifecycle, ensuring compliance and resilience.
• Manage capacity planning, budgets, and vendor relationships to drive cost-efficient engineering operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams (frontend, backend, DevOps).
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership for modern web and cloud architectures.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations and managing multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and operational excellence (SLO/SLI).
• Ability to negotiate scope and priorities with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with capacity planning, budgeting, and balancing technical debt with business outcomes.
