What you will do

• Design and deploy ML models for clinical data, focusing on NLP tasks across publications and medical claims.
• Build and optimize distributed ML pipelines using Apache Spark and cloud-native tools.
• Develop predictive models, classification systems, and entity resolution for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate ML models into production ETL pipelines in collaboration with data engineers.
• Partner with MLOps teams to operationalize models via monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
• Benchmark model performance and present technical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
• Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and PySpark.
• Expertise in NLP techniques, including NER, text classification, and transformer-based models.
• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Kubernetes.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or clinical research is highly preferred.
