What you will do

• Analyze existing game mechanics and content to design new activities.
• Design and launch regular LiveOps events including seasonal mechanics, promotions, and battle passes.
• Develop game mechanic concepts such as storylines, detective cases, and holiday events.
• Write clear task briefs for the development team and oversee feature delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with art, narrative, and monetization teams.
• Track and analyze key metrics like retention and conversion to iterate on game features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game design with hands-on LiveOps expertise.
• Solid understanding of idle mechanics and mobile F2P economies.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping events end-to-end.
• Confidence in reading metrics and working with analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills to translate ideas into actionable requirements.
• Experience working on a live product.

Nice to have

• Background in detective, narrative, or RPG projects.
• Familiarity with Victorian aesthetics or historical settings.
• Experience with monetization systems including stores, subscriptions, and offers.
