What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of 6 data analysts, defining goals and maintaining focus on priorities.
• Act as the subject matter expert on vessel particulars and company business logic.
• Develop and optimize high-scale data pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Integrate new datasets and implement automation solutions to enhance data quality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to support infrastructure and commercial needs.
• Manage KPIs and OKRs to ensure reliable data delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Greece
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing a technical data team.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining ETL processes, APIs, and web-scraping frameworks.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of statistical methodologies for automated data validation.

Nice to have

• Background in the Maritime industry and SaaS.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Dataiku or similar workflow automation platforms.
