TL;DR
Customer Success Manager / Account Manager (Telco): Managing enterprise accounts and ensuring client satisfaction for US-based telco clients with an accent on relationship building and order management. Focus on leveraging telco expertise to identify new opportunities and coordinating with internal product and support teams.
Location: Hybrid work mode: 3 days per week in the office in Bratislava. Work hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.
Salary: 2000 - 3000 EUR gross per month

What you will do
- Co-manage enterprise accounts and support new business development and RFP processes.
- Manage sales tools and track orders from receipt to billing.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve client issues quickly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Telecom experience is required.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Account Management, Project Management, Sales, or Client Services.
- Knowledge of telecommunication products and services (voice, data, internet, cloud services).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written communication).
- Ability to work from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
