What you will do

• Engage with customers to identify technical needs and build long-term trusted advisory relationships.
• Manage the technical validation process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating feedback to Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to create account plans and drive solution adoption.
• Draft technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs while maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and participate in marketing efforts like technical speaking and demos.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa.
• Proven experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture within enterprise software.
• Practical skills with Linux systems, open-source software, and container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences up to CXO level.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Clari.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
