What you will do

• Collaborate with developers to define test approaches and build comprehensive test plans.
• Check game feature functionality across various development stages.
• Systematically analyze, report, and track bugs using JIRA.
• Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes.
• Test gameplay mechanics and provide feedback on balancing and performance.
• Support the QA Lead in maintaining best practices across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance within the games industry.
• Hands-on experience with game development methods and tools.
• Experience testing on PC and console platforms.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Educational background in Game Design, Level Design, or Programming.
• Prior experience in dev QA or co-development environments.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Visual Studio, or build generation tools.
• Knowledge of first-party requirements and certification processes.
• Experience with test automation and scripting.
