What you will do

• Translate new features into clear, user-friendly content for customers.
• Create engaging, easy-to-follow how-to videos.
• Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the Content Development Team Lead and other writers.
• Contribute to hirify.global Academy and explore creative ways to promote products.

Requirements

• English: Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills
• Passionate about writing clear web content and marketing-style copy.
• Eager to learn about new products and understand user benefits.
• Comfortable asking questions to fully understand how things work.
• Enjoy creating how-to videos and translating written content into visual formats.
• Think in a structured way and can break down features step-by-step.

Nice to have

• Examples of relevant skills and achievements in your cover letter.
• Experience producing content, such as product articles or how-to videos.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and/or Jira.
