• Organize and execute corporate gatherings, galas, seminars, and conferences to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Manage and track event budgets to ensure cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop event concepts and promotional strategies.
• Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot real-time issues to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar event management role.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
