Design Internship (Swimwear & Accessories)

TL;DR

Design Intern (Swimwear & Accessories): Supporting the design team in the development of collections from trend presentations to final products with an accent on technical drawing and print development. Focus on gaining hands-on experience in the full collection lifecycle within a leading European lingerie brand.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid role, 60:40 policy).

Salary: €450 per month (gross).

What you will do

• Assist designers in the development of swimwear, beachwear, and accessories collections.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings using Illustrator.
• Support the creation of prints, colorways, and color cards.
• Gain insight into the full collection development process from trend research to store delivery.
• Maintain an organized workflow and assist with daily departmental tasks.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Design program (HBO/Bachelors/Masters) for the full duration of the internship.
• Must be an EU citizen, hold a valid visa, or meet specific Dutch legal requirements for non-EU students.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally InDesign.
• Strong eye for color, print, and fashion trends.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be available for 5 months starting in September 2026.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clo 3D.
