What you will do

• Analyze telephony spend and identify opportunities for cost reduction and route optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA management, and onboarding.
• Oversee routing configuration, quality testing, and billing processes across global markets.
• Own the telephony product roadmap, including IVR flows, channel mix, and CRM integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and bridge communication between stakeholders and engineering.
• Handle technical incidents and manage the contract lifecycle in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Infosec teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or technical program management.
• Technical proficiency with API documentation, routing logic, IVR trees, and telecom billing models.
• Solid SQL skills for ad-hoc data analysis and experience building cost models.
• Proven track record of commercial negotiations with telecom or SaaS providers.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, legal, and finance departments.
• Strong product delivery skills, including roadmap ownership and PRD creation.
