What you will do

• Maintain and optimize customer IT infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
• Manage change processes and oversee the preparation and deployment of new services.
• Resolve critical technical incidents and provide timely solutions to keep systems secure and efficient.
• Perform system sizing and optimization to support first-class business performance.
• Collaborate with international IT professionals on large-scale global projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
• Strong proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Unix), networking, and software systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Experience with data storage, database administration, and data architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of network routing, switching, load balancing, and VPNs.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in databases such as SQL, DB2, or MySQL.
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management.
