What you will do

• Own and evolve the .NET-based test automation framework to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Develop automated tests across API, integration, and end-to-end layers with a focus on OpenAPI-driven systems.
• Define and enforce quality gates within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Enable engineering teams to contribute to testing through clear patterns and reusable components.
• Improve test observability and system behavior validation using OpenTelemetry and the Grafana LGTM stack.
• Collaborate with development teams on Kubernetes-based and GitOps-driven architectures to ensure testability.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Poland
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation.
• Solid programming experience in C# and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with XUnit or similar frameworks.
• Strong experience testing API-first systems using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes-based environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry and telemetry-driven validation.
• Hands-on experience with the Grafana LGTM stack (Loki, Mimir, Tempo).
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows such as Flux CD or Argo CD.
