What you will do

• Contribute to the delivery and ongoing support of core internal business systems globally.
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into effective system solutions.
• Configure, enhance, and maintain CRM, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Document system behavior, business processes, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across different regions using Agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise systems support or analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, or reporting/analytics tools.
• Ability to work occasionally outside standard business hours to support collaboration across different time zones.
