Lead QA Engineer – CRM / Acumatica / Belgrade, Serbia

Responsibilities:
🟥 Spend 70% of your time on hands-on test automation and 30% on team leadership and performance management.
🟥 Develop and maintain UI automated tests in C#.
🟥 Ensure high test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
🟥 Analyze test failures and improve automation infrastructure.
🟥 Collaborate with BAs and developers to align on QA strategy.
🟥 Own quality metrics and continuously improve test effectiveness.
🟥 Manage the QA task backlog — prioritize improvements and refactoring.
🟥 Lead a team of 4 Senior QA Engineers: mentoring, code review, and performance evaluation.
🟥 Plan and estimate team testing activities, assign work, and track progress.
🟥 Facilitate team retrospectives and introduce process improvements.
🟥 Drive team collaboration and implement best practices across QA.

Requirements:
🔵 5+ years of experience in QA automation, including UI test development.
🔵 2+ years of experience leading or managing a QA team.
🔵 Proficiency in automation frameworks (C# or Java).
🔵 Strong planning, estimation, and task prioritization skills.
🔵 Fluent English (some team members are English-speaking only).
Bonus:
🔹 Experience with Selenium and C#/.NET.
🔹 Familiarity with CRM systems.
