What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, data-driven scientific presentations to oncologists, researchers, and academic institutions.
• Build and lead strategic relationships with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Represent the organisation at major scientific forums, congresses, and symposia.
• Identify key trial sites and support both company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies.
• Synthesise field insights to inform internal stakeholders and influence product positioning.
• Mentor less experienced team members and shape field medical activities.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) strongly preferred; Master's degree minimum.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in oncology, genomics, or precision medicine.
• Prior experience as an MSL or in an equivalent field medical role.
• Deep understanding of cancer biology, biomarkers, and liquid biopsy technologies.
• Exceptional scientific communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
