What you will do

• Own and drive the technical and artistic vision for game projects.
• Lead and mentor an art team of 8-12 artists, fostering professional growth.
• Manage the art production pipeline, including scheduling, task delegation, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Tech, and Production teams to align on milestones and risks.
• Ensure visual consistency, performance, and quality standards across all assets.
• Handle onboarding for new team members and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in game art leadership or art direction.
• Proven experience managing an art team of 10+ people.
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped or production-level projects.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
• Solid understanding of Unreal Engine and AAA production standards.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity or other game engines.
• Background in level art or lighting.
