What you will do

• Design, implement, and iterate on narrative systems, pipelines, and tools including sequence editors and dialogue systems.
• Contribute to the development of the Snowdrop engine used across multiple simultaneous AAA game projects.
• Analyze and optimize code performance for various hardware architectures and console platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and disciplines to drive narrative features forward using agile methodologies.
• Identify potential risks and blockers, providing solutions to ensure project timelines are met.
• Document new systems and functionalities to foster knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience and proficiency in C++.
• Experience working with large and complex codebases.
• Strong understanding of the full AAA production game cycle.
• Ability to break down complex tasks into sequential steps and accurately predict duration.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude toward technical innovation and problem-solving.
