What you will do

• Establish and maintain business analysis processes within the project.
• Create comprehensive requirements documentation including user stories, specifications, and UI/UX flows.
• Validate and reconcile insurance data feeds between sources and databases.
• Investigate data discrepancies and drive them to resolution.
• Collaborate directly with product owners, end users, and the engineering team.
• Support the onboarding of new data feeds and define reconciliation rules.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proven experience in data reconciliation and data quality management.
• Background in insurance, finance, or accounting.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and work independently.
• English level B2–C1 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Exposure to insurance bordereaux or MGA/delegated authority data flows.
