What you will do

• Develop grant budgets for new proposals and manage revisions to ensure full cost coverage and accuracy.
• Perform monthly grant analysis and provide spending variance advice to budget holders.
• Prepare and submit donor financial reports in compliance with contractual requirements and timelines.
• Conduct project reconciliations, manage grant trial balances, and oversee grant inventory status.
• Train new staff and field offices on budget management and donor regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and act as the finance focal person on the procurement committee.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position.
• Proven experience in budget preparation, management, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• English language proficiency is required; Arabic is highly desired.
• Must be based in or able to work from Port Sudan, Sudan.
