IT Support Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid (Prague, Czech Republic) — 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What you will do

• Resolve hardware, software, and OS issues across macOS and Windows platforms.
• Manage user accounts and access rights via SSO and MFA.
• Support laptops, desktops, network printers, and video conferencing equipment.
• Facilitate IT onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain the IT asset inventory.
• Provide technical assistance for company events and video conferencing.
• Collaborate with international teams to execute local and global IT projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support or Administration.
• Proficiency in multi-OS environments (macOS, Windows).
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and GSuite.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (Okta, Office365, Google Workspace, AWS) and MDM.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Prague office.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, or CCNA.
• Experience working within a global company and international IT environment.
