TL;DR
Project Manager (Special Projects): Driving tier-1 priority cross-functional projects from market entry and business development to internal IT product delivery with an accent on analytical research and decision-making under high uncertainty. Focus on building new business initiatives, optimizing processes with AI tools, and delivering measurable business results in a high-frequency trading environment.

Salary: 250,000–350,000 RUB/month net

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end projects from goal definition and decomposition to implementation and delivery.
- Conduct research for management decisions, including market analysis, competitor research, and hypothesis validation.
- Launch new business initiatives, ranging from office location research to building internal IT products.
- Select and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate internal and external project teams.
- Communicate with stakeholders and top management, providing regular reporting and alignment on key decisions.
- Optimize team workflows and integrate AI tools into project management processes.
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of end-to-end project management experience in technology, strategy, or top-tier agencies.
- Proven track record of driving results personally rather than just coordinating processes.
- Confident command of project management frameworks (Gantt, RACI, OKR, risk matrix).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, metrics, and statistics.
- Active use of AI tools for research, automation, and workflow integration.
- English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
Nice to have
- STEM background (degree or relevant coursework).
- Experience with full-cycle marketing, PR, or performance marketing.
- Product management experience leading IT product development.
- Experience working in international markets or at international companies.
- Knowledge of foreign languages beyond English.
