Project Manager (Special Projects) (HFT)

Location: Moscow, hybrid

Salary: 250,000–350,000 RUB net per month plus a semi-annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional projects end to end, from defining goals and decomposing work to implementation and delivery of business results.
• Conduct market, competitor, and approach research to support management decisions and validate marketing, product, and business hypotheses.
• Launch new business initiatives, including office expansion research, trademark registration, internal IT products, and brand development in CIS and international markets.
• Select and manage vendors, negotiate with external providers, and lead internal and external project teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders and senior management through regular reporting, meetings, and decision alignment.
• Optimize workflows and implement AI tools in team operations and project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2.5 years of end-to-end project management experience in marketing, strategy, research, or business development.
• Experience in technology companies, strategy consultancies, or leading marketing, business development, or research agencies.
• Cross-functional ownership with a track record of personally driving outcomes rather than only coordinating processes.
• Strong command of project management practices, including decomposition, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, Gantt, RACI, risk matrices, and OKRs.
• Analytical mindset, comfort working with data and large volumes of information, and a basic understanding of statistics.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

Nice to have

• STEM education or relevant technical coursework, such as Python.
• Full-cycle, content, or performance marketing experience, including media, PR, or Telegram channels.
• Product management experience and experience leading IT product development.
• International company or international market experience, scientific publications, academic research, or additional foreign languages.
