Location: Syria, with Damascus preferred; onsite

What you will do
- Develop and execute ’s growth strategy for Syria.
- Build scalable partnerships with freelancer platforms, payroll providers, remote-work communities, and digital ecosystems.
- Drive community-led growth through relationships with local communities, universities, and digital talent networks.
- Launch campaigns, referral programs, and local engagement initiatives to accelerate user adoption.
- Research the Syrian market and share insights with Growth, Operations, and Product teams.
- Track acquisition, activation, and retention metrics and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or market expansion.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-moving environment.
- Commercial and data-informed approach to growth initiatives.
- Understanding of Syria’s freelancer ecosystem, remote-work economy, or startup landscape.
