What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive country growth strategy to drive adoption in Syria.
  • Build scalable acquisition channels through partnerships with freelancer platforms, payroll providers, and remote work communities.
  • Drive community-led growth by fostering relationships with local universities and digital talent networks.
  • Design and scale growth initiatives, including referral programs and local engagement campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to provide actionable insights for the product team.
  • Track and optimize key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or market expansion roles.
  • Background in startups, fintech, marketplaces, or digital platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and execute in fast-moving environments.
  • Understanding of Syria's freelancer ecosystem, remote work economy, or startup landscape is a strong plus.
