• Resolve CSO scope issues through detailed analysis and regular communication with stakeholders.
• Drive competence development and the adaptation of digitalization tools within the team.
• Manage team engagement, individual development plans, and professional career paths.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tunis, Tunisia.
• Technical or operational background with a focus on productivity and continuous improvement.
