TL;DR

Junior HRBP (Gamedev): Aligning business-operation objectives with employees and managers to optimize human performance with an accent on talent management and employee relations. Focus on executing performance reviews, developing HR strategic plans, and improving employee engagement.

Location: Must be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

What you will do

  • Execute Talent Management programs, including conducting performance reviews and setting goals.
  • Manage staff development history and identify areas for further professional growth.
  • Own the delivery of HR processes such as orientation, termination, succession planning, and skill mapping.
  • Partner with department heads to analyze and develop HR strategic plans and training policies.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned Directors and employees for day-to-day guidance.
  • Improve work relationships and build employee engagement by narrowing cultural gaps.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year as an HRBP or in talent management/employee relations.
  • Experience in Software Outsourcing, Game Development, or Services industry.
  • Good understanding of HR principles, performance management, and talent development.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analysis.
  • Local presence in Vietnam is required.
