What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered proof-of-concept prototypes to validate emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks based on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Present prototypes iteratively to stakeholders to refine functionality and usability.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Infosec teams to implement robust risk containment measures.
• Facilitate technology transfer to operations teams and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5 years of application development experience in a commercial organization.
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong foundation in advanced mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics).
• Hands-on experience with repository management, software development tools, and business process management platforms.
• Proficiency in LLM workflow orchestration, computer vision, and Python-based AI frameworks.
• Ability to adhere strictly to business requirements and enterprise standards.
