What you will do

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for global digital transformation projects.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure user proficiency with new systems.
• Lead communication initiatives to articulate project value and benefits to global stakeholders.
• Assess organizational culture, performance, and readiness to identify and mitigate resistance to change.
• Manage stakeholder analysis to address unique needs, pain points, and requirements across different groups.
• Collaborate with project leaders to ensure seamless adoption of new business processes and master data changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis or Change Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on agility and curiosity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, ERP, IBP, CRM, or eCommerce platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills for navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
