What you will do

• Lead research and engineering for multimodal foundation models and reasoning-centric systems.
• Manage teams of deep learning researchers, computational biologists, immunologists, and engineers.
• Partner with product and company leadership to convert cutting-edge methods into high-impact capabilities.
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI systems from prototyping to reliable, secure, production deployment.
• Drive technical strategy and research integration to reduce drug development failure rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading AI research and engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in deep learning, foundation models, and multimodal systems.
• Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across biology, AI, and engineering.
• Location: Must be based in Ramat Gan, Israel for a hybrid work model
