What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure (or GCP).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams through code reviews and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a mid-to-senior Python Backend Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, AKS, and Storage.
• Proficiency with FastAPI and/or Django.
• Proven experience designing scalable microservice architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes in production.
• English proficiency for collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or other big-data/data engineering platforms.
• Commercial experience with Golang.
• Fullstack skills, especially with React.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
