Support Engineer, SAP MM-WM

Location: Remote, anywhere in Brazil

What you will do

• Provide remote support for mission-critical SAP applications used by global clients in 4.x and ECC environments.
• Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across SAP MM and WM modules.
• Configure, present, and discuss SAP MM and WM functionality, best practices, and business processes.
• Support client customizations and develop or coordinate application break fixes for critical product defects.
• Provide hands-on assistance through test environments, proprietary tools, and remote client connectivity.
• Collaborate with virtual team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing methods, diagnostic tools, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with MM and WM modules.
• 5–9 years of direct application support for corporate end users.
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or application support, including complex problem resolution across multiple modules.
• Knowledge of SAP maintenance and patching mechanics, architecture, customization, extensions, tables, and relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; the role must be performed remotely from Brazil.

Nice to have

• SAP certification.
• Knowledge of Mexican localization tax and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with multiple SAP releases, country-specific solutions, localizations, and global implementations.
• Consulting background.
