What you will do

• Partner with Product and Tech Leads early in discovery to identify edge cases before development starts.
• Coach developers on writing meaningful, low-flake tests and architecting code that prevents bugs.
• Build mocking and service virtualization strategies (e.g., Pact) to decouple frontend testing from backend availability.
• Own and optimize the CI/CD feedback loop to ensure pipelines are fast, deterministic, and actionable.
• Implement Consumer-Driven Contracts and leverage observability/synthetics to inform the testing strategy.
• Develop a risk-based automation strategy to ensure SLAs are consistently achieved.

Requirements

• Deep experience with the modern JS ecosystem (React, Vue, or Next.js) and associated testing methodologies.
• Strong architectural thinking regarding how component libraries impact quality at scale.
• Ability to persuade and influence developers to adopt architectural changes for long-term velocity.
• Experience with next-gen tools such as Playwright and Visual Regression.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Krakow, Poland.
