What you will do

• Design and develop dashboards, curated datasets, and semantic layers to support B2B reporting and analytics.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT transformations to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models for financial reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Data Engineering and system owners to analyze source systems and integration logic.
• Optimize SQL queries and dashboard performance to improve reliability and user experience.
• Establish BI development standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for business logic and metric definitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Expert-level SQL skills for writing efficient, maintainable queries for complex reporting.
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts (fact/dimension design, grain definition).
• Experience with ETL/ELT orchestration using Python, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Strong English communication skills for working with cross-functional global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake (clustering, materialized views, Time Travel).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Impala, or Vertica.
• Proven track record of designing BI products with high user adoption for self-service analytics.
