What you will do

  • Consult with clients to assess and respond to specific assignment requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer, induction, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates and build pipelines using job boards, social media, and talent databases.
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks, presenting qualified profiles to clients.
  • Act as a recruitment and HR partner to clients, ensuring alignment with performance metrics.
  • Maintain a strong, up-to-date talent database and adhere to WHS policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in the Australian market, specifically for blue-collar roles.
  • Experience recruiting for oil and gas, mining, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (JobAdder, SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
