What you will do

• Design level-by-level challenges for casual/puzzle games and propose optimal structural solutions.
• Fine-tune difficulty-related elements, including constraints, hinting, fail conditions, and pacing.
• Build levels and prototypes using Unity Editor or internal tools to ensure mechanic functionality.
• Organize playtest sessions and adjust designs based on player behavior and insights.
• Analyze performance metrics such as fail rate, completion time, and drop rate to optimize levels.
• Prepare detailed level sheets and design documentation for cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Game Design or Level Design for puzzle/casual games.
• Strong understanding of Balancing, Narrative Design, and LiveOps.
• Proficiency in Unity Editor; experience with Photoshop, Canva, or Figma is preferred.
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to make design decisions based on performance metrics.
• Ability to guide or coordinate tasks for 1–2 Intern/Fresher team members.
• Location: Must be based in Ha Noi, Vietnam
