What you will do

• Manage a stable and predictable art production pipeline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication between art teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
• Identify production risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks early.
• Optimize internal production processes and improve art pipeline efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and status reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of art project management experience in the game development industry.
• Practical experience coordinating 2D/3D, UI, and technical artists, including outsource teams.
• Deep understanding of art production pipelines (concept, modeling, texturing, animation, UI).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Experience in identifying production risks and escalating issues timely.

• Experience working with co-development art teams.
• Basic understanding of game engine technical constraints and content integration.
• Strong leadership skills and experience with distributed teams.
• Skills in presentation and meeting facilitation.
