What you will do
- Guarantee the seamless operation of autonomous vehicles on public roads.
- Develop cutting-edge tools and automation to streamline operations and fleet management.
- Build key metrics and monitoring/logging systems to preempt problems and ensure high performance.
- Solve complex integration challenges between software and hardware powering autonomous navigation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for live systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within a production environment.
- Expertise in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Solid foundation in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD processes, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), networking, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with monitoring utilities like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk, or Humio.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Yokohama, Japan office.
