Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (2 days in office recommended)

Salary: €7,708 – €10,425 gross per month

What you will do

• Set strategic direction for Buyer DSA, focusing on high-impact opportunities for the buyer experience.
• Lead and develop a team of 30, including experienced managers and senior individual contributors.
• Oversee Decision Scientists, Data Scientists, and Analytics Engineers within cross-functional product teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to influence domain strategy and align execution.
• Guide the application of ML across discovery, retrieval, ranking, recommendations, and personalization.
• Strengthen the domain’s approach to experimentation, measurement, and causal reasoning.

Requirements

• Experience leading senior Data Science, ML, or Applied Science teams in product-led organizations.
• Proven track record of managing managers and scaling impact via organizational design and coaching.
• Strong technical background in production ML systems (recommendations, ranking, search, or personalization).
• Deep expertise in product analytics and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Ability to connect product strategy and technical possibilities with business outcomes.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
