What you will do

• Manage and optimize client IT infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and stability.
• Lead the preparation of new services and oversee change management processes.
• Resolve critical customer situations to maintain secure and efficient system operations.
• Dimension and optimize systems to support high-level business performance.
• Collaborate with global IT professionals on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems management, network administration, and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Unix operating systems.
• Proficiency in network routing, switching, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Experience with cybersecurity, incident response, risk management, and security operations.
• Knowledge of data storage, database administration, and data modeling.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SQL, DB2, or MySQL.
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management.
• Strong systematization and analytical problem-solving skills.
