Blockchain Product Engineering Leader

We’re seeking a hands-on Product Engineering Leader

We are a distributed team - you can work from anywhere in the world (we have a vast geography: some work in Turkey, some in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, EU countries, some are scattered across Russia - we all meet in common Slack chats - we discuss and celebrate important events together online.
 
 We’re seeking a hands-on Product Engineering Leader with deep experience in blockchain and fullstack development. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering real-world Web3 products, leading an experienced engineering team, and working closely with Product and Design to define the roadmap.
 
 ▪️Responsibilities
 ▫️Lead engineering execution from product vision to technical delivery
 ▫️Oversee the design, architecture, and development of smart contracts and fullstack decentralized applications
 ▫️Manage and mentor a team of blockchain and fullstack engineers
 ▫️Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
 ▫️Implement agile delivery processes, including sprints, reviews, and stand-ups
 ▫️Work on features such as staking, DAO governance, token mechanics, wallets, and real-time DeFi tooling
 ▫️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business, product, and engineering priorities
 
 Requirements
 -Proven experience as an Engineering Manager / Product Engineering Lead
 -Strong proficiency in Solidity, TypeScript, React, and Web3 dev tools from 5-7 years
 -Experience building and shipping production-grade dApps
 -Deep understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Polkadot, etc.)
 -Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills
 -Product sense and ability to align engineering with business outcomes
