What you will do

  • Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), AppLovin, and native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for profitability and scale.
  • Launch, test, and iterate campaigns, creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance trends to make informed optimization decisions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams to align acquisition strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and scaling large paid media budgets ($50K–$100K+ daily ad spend).
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and at least one of AppLovin, Taboola, or Outbrain.
  • Deep understanding of direct response marketing, ecommerce customer acquisition, creative testing methodologies, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Highly analytical with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with performance creative teams and iterative ad testing.
  • Strong understanding of scaling strategies while maintaining profitability.

  • Understands both media buying and performance creative strategy.
