What you will do

  • Map and deliver comprehensive training plans and technical onboarding for employees, customers, and resellers.
  • Develop and adapt learning materials across various modalities based on business needs.
  • Support the implementation and utilization of the myLearning LMS platform.
  • Act as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating feedback into product improvements.
  • Maintain quality case management records and facilitate customer feedback loops.
  • Support hirify.global's global strategic initiatives and stay updated on latest solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid model).
  • Fluency in written and verbal English, Portuguese, and French.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to various global locations.
  • Degree in business, education, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience delivering training across a variety of modalities.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and navigating new software platforms independently.
