What you will do

  • Establish operating structures, cadences, and tracking systems to maintain momentum.
  • Translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans and actionable steps.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and resolve execution risks or bottlenecks.
  • Build lightweight playbooks and standardized ways of working to improve consistency.
  • Track progress and surface clear, concise updates to the leadership team.
  • Support hiring coordination and other key operational workstreams as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, consulting, or executive-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives in early-stage or scaling environments.
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems and drive execution independently.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams and time zones.
  • Good judgment and adaptability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
