What you will do

• Lead the IT support team to achieve KPIs in infrastructure support and project planning.
• Oversee the maintenance of data center IT infrastructure, including advanced H200 GPU cloud clusters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Manage asset management processes and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
• Execute installation, upgrading, and dismantling of hardware based on operational requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in team management and hands-on server hardware troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of data center operations, server, and network equipment principles.
• Practical experience in project planning and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ITSM operational activities.
• Basic proficiency in Linux operating system and command-line tools.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• ITIL and/or PMI certification.
• Driving License (Category B).
