What you will do

• Solve challenging hardware-related issues with servers using advanced-level troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware problems, develop workarounds, and implement long-term solutions.
• Proactively handle L1/L2 tasks via the ticketing system.
• Update processes and technical documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Collaborate with L3 Technicians to improve SLA through complex diagnostics.
• Perform basic network tasks, troubleshooting, and support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment.
• Advanced practical experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Advanced skills with Unix/Linux operating systems and command line.
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Authorization to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Driving license type B.
