What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Looker and Tableau.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support the Ops team with reporting on transaction volumes, workload trends, and resource allocation.
• Monitor business KPIs and proactively flag deviations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau.
• Experience in a data, reporting, or analytics role working with large datasets.
• Ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Gibraltar.
