What you will do

  • Participate in mandatory paid summer internships (minimum 1 month per academic year).
  • Engage in personalized mentorship and structured learning & development pathways.
  • Attend internal workshops, conferences, and networking events.
  • Complete a tailored remote project aligning with academic studies (for final-year/postgrads).
  • Maintain required academic standards and adhere to the company's code of conduct.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a recognized university or college program relevant to the automotive business.
  • Demonstrate academic capability and leadership potential.
  • Commitment to undertake all summer internships with BAG in Gibraltar.
  • No existing sponsorship agreements with other companies.
  • Openness to on-site and remote learning sessions.
