What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations with corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with Azerbaijani Labor Code, OSHA principles, and international HSE standards
• Organize HSE training, emergency drills, fire safety activities, and awareness programs
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, audits, and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders
• Promote workplace safety culture and improve HSE management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Safety, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in occupational health and safety management
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation, occupational safety regulations, and OSHA/international HSE standards
• Experience with risk assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English

Nice to have

• Experience in international or multinational companies
• Familiarity with ISO 45001
• Experience supporting office, construction, installation, or technical environments
• Knowledge of environmental management and sustainability
• Russian language and relevant HSE certifications
