💫UBT Team Lead (iGaming)
Локация: Remote
Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Develop and scale UBT strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Launch and optimize organic traffic funnels for Tier-1 & Tier-2 GEOs
• Manage full-cycle UBT farm operations: production, uploads, uniqueization, scaling
• Monitor traffic quality, bans, shadow bans, and account performance
• Analyze funnels, performance metrics, and scaling opportunities
• Build processes, KPIs, and coordinate UBT team operations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in UBT / Organic Traffic within iGaming
• Strong expertise with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube traffic
• Deep understanding of UBT farms and Telegram funnels
• Experience with multi-accounting, cloaking, and moderation bypass
• Strong analytical skills and scaling mindset
• Experience using AI tools in traffic/content operations
• Ready to provide recent traffic cases and statistics
